Construction, Building, & Structural (CBS) Inspections is a team comprised of a Licensed/Registered Professional Engineer (P.E) and multiple experienced technicians with decades of experience inspecting and evaluating all types of structures. This includes manufactured homes, both single and double-wide, for compliance with HUD and VA loans. Those technicians are state-licensed installers familiar with the transportation and set up of manufactured housing. Additionally, engineering certifications for structural soundness or required repairs can be provided for real estate transactions (i.e., concerns identified in appraisals or home inspections). Pricing is competitive and many times can paid closing to avoid upfront out of pocket costs. Other inspections include forensic civil/structural reports or insurance claims.
